Instructions for Sponsors & Exhibitors

Greetings!  Please find below the information you require for to participate in the ERAPPA 2016 Annual Meeting and Hall of Resources.

Move in Dates & Times:

  1. Saturday, October 15, 2016 – 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm
  2. Sunday, October 16, 2016 – 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Tear Down Date & Time:

  1. Tuesday, October 18, 2016 – 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm

What your booth includes:

Exhibit booth size is 10’x10’. Booth fee includes pipe and drape, one 6’ draped table, two side chairs, and company listing in conference program, access to general complimentary wifi (shared with delegates).

  • Pipe and drape colour: Blue
  • Table skirt: Silver or grey (tbc)
  • Aisle Carpet colour: Grey

To order any of the following, please use the attached form from Stronco Exhibitor Services.  They have been appointed official service suppliers for this meeting.  Please remember that the Scotiabank Convention Centre Niagara Falls (SCCN) will NOT accept materials or shipments sent directly to the SCCN.
